IMPORTANT NOTE! READ CAREFULLY FIRST!
NEW MEMBERS!!! You MUST complete and mail the completed Membership Application form and waiver along with your check!
Renewing members: You MUST complete and mail the the Membership Renewal form along with your payment.
IF you are paying for someone else or a family member, then you MUST indicate the name of the member to be credited as paid in the NASSK treasurer records.

IMPORTANT! --- The partial year payment options are ONLY for NEW members paying dues for the FIRST TIME outside of the normal annual dues renewal period (Dec, Jan, Feb).
All members paying dues for renewing their membership MUST pay the Full Year amount and are expected to pay between December 1st and the end of February to be in good standing.
